Mark is proud to be the Chef Ambassador for The Clink Charity at HMP Brixton, co-ordinating a very special season of Guest Chef dinners, kicking off with an event at the flagship restaurant inside HMP Brixton on Wednesday 16 July.
This event marks the beginning of a new series of high-profile chef collaborations designed to raise both funds and awareness for The Clink’s mission to reduce re-offending. Guests will hear from both Mark and Clink Charity representatives during the course of the evening, with the opportunity to meet Mark.
For this special event, Mark will collaborate with Clink chef trainers and student participants to develop a bespoke, produce-led menu. Diners will not only experience Mark’s signature cooking style but also witness how hospitality can provide purpose, structure, and transformation within the prison system.
The Clink runs innovative training programmes inside UK prisons and also in the community, offering participants professional qualifications, real-world experience, and structured support to secure employment after release.
The Clink at HMP Brixton is open to the public and staffed by students working towards hospitality careers as part of their rehabilitation.
Book online and join us for Mark’s 5-course meal at The Clink on July 16th.
